Tool: Guidance for the task manager to include a disability perspective at the Evaluation phase

  • Is disability included among the topics?
 
  • Designing the evaluation, including preparing the Terms of Reference;
    • Do the terms of reference include a disability dimension?
  • Drafting tender documents for the evaluation study and selecting the contractor according to the established rules;
  •    
  • Briefing the contractor and the parties involved, and supporting the evaluation mission; and
    • Does the briefing include specific reference to exploring the concerns of excluded groups like persons with disabilities?
     
  • Ensuring the production of a high quality evaluation report and of the dissemination of evaluation findings and recommendations.
