Case Study: Inclusion of the Perspectives of Persons with Disabilities in the Programming of the 10th EDF: Ghana : Word (2 Mo) - PDF (192 Ko)

In Ghana, disability inclusion is now part of the Country Strategy Paper. The case study has been written by Ute Möhring, Programme Officer of the European Commission's Delegation to Ghana. She describes the process of disability inclusion in the CSP. It illustrates how disability inclusion can be done during the programming phase.

Case Study: Including persons with disabilities in National Statistics: Morocco: Word (5 Mo) - PDF (317 Ko)

In Morocco, the State Secretary in charge of the Family, the Childhood and the Persons with Disability developed a national survey. This case study illustrates how a consortium of CREDES (consultant agency) and Handicap International (NGO) supported the Ministry in developing statistics on disability, providing essential information for further policy formulation.
